A little bit about me… Born and raised in Trinidad & Tobago, I’ve always been a lover of food. When I moved to Toronto, this passion for food and wine was amplified by the city’s eclectic variety of cuisine. Studying Hotel Management, as well as Hospitality and Tourism Management, I began to find my niche. I currently work for one of the finest restaurant companies in Canada, Oliver & Bonacini, which has made me a true lover for all things edible. I’ve decided to marry my passion for food and wine, with my love for creative writing here in this blog, Fooze.
